Department At A Glance:-

    Civil Engineering, the mother branch, has kept pace with the rapid growth in the field of technology. It is that branch of engineering which provides basic amenities required for the survival and maintenance of the environment.

    Shivaji Polytechnic College, Sangola has established Civil Engineering Department in the year 2009 with the intake of 60 students every year with a vision of developing young dynamic civil engineers. This department is affiliated to AICTE, New Delhi and MSBTE, Mumbai .Since the inception of college the department is endowed with qualified and experienced faculty members trains the students to attain good professional status in their lives. The department provides students with the fundamental knowledge and problem solving skills in the field of Civil Engineering required for a fulfilling career and to create and disseminate knowledge to improve Civil Engineering research, education and practice. The department has a good infrastructure, well-developed laboratories, and adequate space both within and around the department, providing excellent working conditions. Department is well set to provide excellent Civil engineers well trained in all aspects and adequately prepared to be accepted globally.
